We are currently looking for a detail-oriented & reliable

ACCOUNT SUPPORT

to join our team at the Central Post office in the heart of Rotterdam.

 

Our Account Support team plays a key role in supporting the Olenex Account Managers. In this position, you are an active contributor to Account Management, taking ownership of daily administrative tasks and defined activities that help the team operate smoothly and effectively.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Enter contracts for Key Accounts into MarginCalc

  • Support larger accounts by sending prices and preparing rolling proposals

  • Communicate directly with major accounts to provide these proposals

  • Process contract amendments at the request of Account Managers

  • Manage contract wash-outs in the system

  • Compile and send prices to assigned accounts

  • Set up automated contract balance reports in OAS as requested

  • Create additional reports in OAS when needed

  • Distribute market reports to agreed-upon accounts

  • Send weekly reports and updated Excel overviews to relevant Account Managers

  • Take all necessary actions to ensure both sales volume and excellent customer service

Job requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Basic commercial, sales, and market knowledge of vegetable oils

  • A positive, effective team player with a proactive mindset

  • Proficiency in English; Dutch and German are a plus

  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good understanding of ERP systems

  • Structured & analytical way of working

  • Detail-oriented work mentality
