We are currently looking for a service-minded & experienced

Customer Service Representative

to join our team at the Central Post office in the heart of Rotterdam.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a central role in managing orders and contracts while guiding customers smoothly through the outbound supply chain. You act as the dedicated point of contact for all matters related to loadings and deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers, Sales, and internal teams. With a strong service mindset, you take ownership of your own customer portfolio, build trusted relationships, and remain flexible and solution‑oriented when faced with changing or unexpected situations.

Job requirements

Outlook of your responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, addresses inquiries and resolves issues via all communication channels

  • Manage and process orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and delivery timelines

  • Coordination with logistics on daily transports

  • Solving customer-related issues in cooperation with internal stakeholders

  • Communication between the customer and the organization

  • Handling transport related topics and changes

  • Dealing with customer requirements professionally

  • Gather feedback on customer experiences and identify areas for improvement

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty and long-term partnerships

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration/communication or equivalent experience

  • Min. 2 years of working in a Customer Service role within a dynamic environment

  • Ideally industry experience in F&B

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & experience in using ERP systems (preferably SAP)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, German or any other European language is a plus

  • Strong communicator across all levels and departments

  • Confidence in handling complex customer questions and operational topics independently

  • Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented working style
