For our location in Rotterdam center, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Backoffice!

An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Customer Support Backoffice within Olenex! Within this role you are supporting internal and external sustainability and technical compliance processes. You are ensuring timely and accurate coordination of the ESG-related questionnaires (SEDEX, Ecovadis) and supports SMETA audit planning. Additionally, you are the bridge between multiple teams, and you are the facilitator of communication between Product Development, Account Managers and Technical Account Managers (TAMs). You will coordinate and manage commercial sample tracking, project follow-ups, and data reporting and ensuring alignment with internal procedures such as the New Item Set-Up process.

Your responsibilities are:

· Coordinate and ensure completion of ESG questionnaires (SEDEX, Ecovadis), meeting the deadline;

· Customers management on SEDEX and Ecovadis platforms;

· Organize SMETA audits at production sites every three years;

· Track and follow up on commercial sample feedback and project timelines in Opcenter RDnL;

· Liaise with Product Development teams to gather updates on priorities, challenges, and progress;

· Report findings and updates to TAMs and TAM Lead in a structured and timely manner;

· Retrieve and analyze data from internal systems to create clear overviews and dashboards;

· Support the coordination and documentation of the New Item Set-Up process in line with internal procedures;

· Support the coordination on customer audits and portals requests;

· Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sustainability, Product Development, and Technical.

Job requirements

Who are you?

· 2+ years of experience in ESG coordination, technical support, or product development environment;

· Familiarity with sustainability platforms (e.g., SEDEX, Ecovadis) and audit processes (e.g., SMETA) is a plus;

· Strong organizational and project coordination skills;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Opcenter RDnL is a plus;

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights;

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
