 System administrator

Your responsibilities are:

§  Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization;

§  Support in projects and upcoming changes in the fast-paced IT world;

§  Lead desktop and ServiceDesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions;

§  Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.

To excel in this role, you should bring a problem-solving way of working and an analytical way of thinking. You are a team player and a strong communicator. In addition, you have;

• Strong knowledge of Systems and Networking, Software, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Antivirus and Email Security.

• Knowledge of Azure, O365 (Exchange), Windows OS.

• Ability to work with or without direct supervision.

• 3-4 years of IT Experience with a focus on System Administration.

• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a wide range of problems.

• Given the International nature of Olenex a good command of the English language is required + preferably German speaking & writing

• Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across different levels and functions

• Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods

• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.

• Linux Experience, Conditional Access, Intune is a Pre
