VACANCY TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our recruitment activities in the Netherlands. You will be the recruitment expert for Olenex—specialized in attracting the right people and ensuring that all recruitment activities run smoothly. From sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring and onboarding top talent, you will work in close partnership with our hiring managers.
You will also collaborate closely with the team in Germany to ensure consistent hiring practices across regions, bridging the needs of both the organization and its employees throughout the hiring process.
This role includes business travel between our locations to support effective collaboration and the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
You will be an integral part of our dynamic HR Team, reporting to our Talent Manager and working closely with colleagues in both the Netherlands and Germany.
Your responsibilities are:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
· Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring needs and provide market insights.
· Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
· Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Olenex’s employer brand, represent the company at job fairs and events, and strengthen relationships with universities.
· Act as a key user of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting hiring managers and maintaining engaging and accurate career page content.
· Monitor recruitment metrics and agency performance, integrating best practices and innovative sourcing methods to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.
Job requirements

· A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
· Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
· Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
· A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· A proactive, hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
· Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
