VACANCY TALENT MANAGER

Olenex is looking for a dynamic Talent Manager to lead our full talent lifecycle - from identifying high-potential employees to overseeing performance management and career development across all locations. In this role, you’ll align organizational goals with employee growth, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive our business forward.
You will primarily focus on training and developing our colleagues, aligning the expectations of the organization with the talents and motivations of our #TeamOlenex. You’ll shape and implement impactful learning programs that empower employees and support leadership development, while facilitating employees, teams, and managers in creating development plans that enhance growth and performance. Throughout, you’ll actively promote the Olenex and HR mission, vision, and values.
As part of our HR Fit for Future initiative, you’ll join the project team responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive learning and development program—an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Olenex’s HR practices.
Additionally, you will guide and support the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure strategic, high-quality recruitment.
This role involves business travel between our locations to ensure effective collaboration and implementation of HR initiatives. You will report to the Head of Human Resources and work closely with HR teams in both Holland and Germany.
Your responsibilities are:
· Design and implement talent programs that support employee growth and future business needs.
· Identify high-potential talent, facilitate development planning, and lead succession and retention strategies.
· Shape and execute a learning strategy aligned with business goals. Deliver impactful programs—including leadership development, onboarding, and tailored learning paths—through various formats. Manage training budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
· Drive effective performance processes that promote continuous feedback, goal alignment, and employee development. Support leaders in setting expectations and coaching for performance.
· Support strategic recruitment by guiding the Talent Acquisition Specialist and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
· Continuously improve onboarding to ensure a consistent and engaging start for new hires.
· Use data insights to evaluate and improve talent and learning initiatives.
Job requirements
Who are you?

· A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with several years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or a similar HR role—preferably in an international environment.
· A strong understanding of learning strategies, talent development, and performance management. You’re comfortable working with data, managing budgets, and using tools like Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
· Experience leading projects or teams, and the ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures. Familiarity with works councils (especially in Germany) is a plus.
· Fluency in Dutch and English is required. German is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
· You are organized, proactive, and adaptable—able to work independently while staying connected to the bigger picture.
· Willingness to travel between Olenex locations is important.
