HR Specialist - Recruitment
to join our team at the Central Post office in the heart of Rotterdam.
Do you enjoy connecting people with opportunities and want to grow into a broader HR role over time? Then this could be your perfect next move because this role offers the chance to manage recruitment processes while supporting the newly established Talent department.
In this role, you will initially focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our Dutch operations. Over time, you will take on additional HR responsibilities, contributing to the development and implementation of our Talent initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues in Germany and the Netherlands, and external partners to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Job requirements
Your responsibilities are:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting and sourcing to interviews and hiring
Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and agencies
Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Olenex’s employer brand, represent the company at job fairs and events, and strengthen relationships with universities.
Act as a key user of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting hiring managers and maintaining engaging and accurate career page content.
Monitor recruitment metrics and agency performance, integrating best practices and innovative sourcing methods to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.
Contribute to broader HR projects such as onboarding, employee engagement and learning & development
Who are you?
· A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Ideally min. 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience or HR, gained in an international environment
· Fluent in Dutch and English; German or any other European language is a plus
· Willingness to travel between locations as needed (mainly within NL)
· A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
· A proactive, hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
