Manufacturing Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Manager to join our Operations Team at Olenex in Brake.

In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of our oil processing facility. You'll oversee production, maintenance, loadout, and truck cleaning, collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team, fostering professional growth.

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.

• Optimize the use of resources (equipment, materials, chemicals).

• Ensure compliance with regulations and minimize downtimes.

• Advise on production capacities and manage process control changes.

• Coordinate maintenance and ensure smooth loading and truck cleaning operations.

• Manage SAP system approvals and verify product quality.

• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage production and maintenance budgets.

• BSc/BA or relevant degree in technical engineering or a related field; MSc/MA is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oils and fats sector.

• Experience in leading and managing employees.

• General IT affinity and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

• Reliability and ability to work independently.

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Strong safety and responsibility awareness.
